In a major relief for candidates appearing in the upcoming Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Level-1 (Group D) Computer-Based Test (CBT), the Northeast Railway has announced the operation of special unreserved examination trains between Mau and Bareilly on selected dates in August. According to a revised press release issued by the Northeast Railway, Izzatnagar Division, Train No. 05185 Mau–Bareilly Unreserved Examination Special will run from August 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 24, departing from Mau at 11:45 AM and reaching Bareilly at 6:10 AM the following day.
The return service, Train No. 05186 Bareilly–Mau Unreserved Examination Special, will operate on August 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 25, leaving Bareilly at 3:25 PM and arriving at Mau at 8:20 AM the next morning. Both trains will halt at key stations including Azamgarh, Shahganj, Ayodhya Dham Junction, Ayodhya Cantt, Badshah Nagar, Daliganj, Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Gola Gokarnnath, Mailani, Puranpur, Pilibhit, Bhojipura, Izzatnagar and Bareilly City, providing convenient connectivity for candidates travelling to their examination centres.The railway administration said the special trains will comprise 16 unreserved coaches, including 14 General Second Class/Sleeper-class coaches and 2 SLR (Seating-cum-Luggage Rake) coaches, to accommodate the expected surge in passenger traffic during the examination period.Northeast Railway has urged candidates to plan their journey in advance and make use of the special services for a smooth and comfortable travel experience.
